Custom Orders
For all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the order and before shipping. No refunds will be issued on custom-made orders.
All custom order requests must be submitted via email to contact@hohodza.co.za and must include all required specifications, measurements, and finishing instructions. Verbal instructions or amendments will not be accepted. Once production has commenced, no alterations can be made.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all measurements, specifications, and instructions provided are accurate and meet the required guidelines.
Shipping, fumigation, and fumigation certificate costs are not included in the initial quotation and will be calculated once the product is completed. The customer is responsible for all shipping-related costs. Hohodza Woodcarving cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation.
International Orders
We proudly serve customers worldwide. Shipping costs and all relevant shipping information for international orders will be communicated directly to the customer before dispatch. Shipping charges are not included in product prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any return request must be reported to Hohodza Woodcarving by email at contact@hohodza.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be delivered directly to Hohodza Woodcarving within the stipulated 7-day return period.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where applicable. Once received, all returned products will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Please note that custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
